We pride ourselves on teaching a high standard of Children’s & Adult’s Karate, Sport Kickboxing and practical Tai Chi Chuan Self Defence across the county and the South East Region. We offer thousands of children and families the opportunity to learn with a modern day outlook and approach!
We are a family based club promoting self defence, awareness, fitness, discipline and etiquette in a safe, happy and fun atmosphere!
Our full time team of professional Instructors are always on hand to welcome beginners in at any time of year.
Our recognition and qualifications allow us to teach in over 500 primary schools. We also teach locally in several sports centres & community halls, allowing flexibility in the timetable of classes.
SAMA has so much to offer everyone in the family. From Karate for children as young as 4 years old, to Sport Kickboxing for youths and adults – SAMA really does have something for everyone!
If you are looking for something a little different, our Tai Chi Chuan system offers some traditional self defence along with relaxing, but practical, Tai Chi.
